Trail Work Day 2006
On Saturday April 22, a trail work day was held on the Goffstown Rail Trail by the Friends of the Greenway. A dry, elevated path was constructed through the very muddy portion of the trail that runs through the large rock cut west of Lynchville Park Road. The Department of Public Works provided hard pack material, which was used in combination with rocks and logs on the site to create a raised path through the area that can be more readily used by bicycles and pedestrians.
